Returns & Refunds
Our general policy is to offer returns on most items within 30 days of shipment. We will not accept refunds or exchanges on items 30 days after it has been shipped. While it is rare, there are unfortunate cases that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery. If this does occur, please do not hesitate e-mailing us to discuss your replacement or refund options.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to ensure our ability to resell that item.
